Extensions are our core work. We take a rear or side extension from the first ballpark figure, through design and planning, to a finished room you can move furniture into — with the structure, the glazing, the roof and the finish all handled by us rather than split across four contractors.

Most of the extensions we build are really kitchen projects. We handle the build, the services, the glazing and the coordination with your kitchen supplier so the units land on a floor that's level and a wall that's where the drawing said it would be.

A loft conversion is usually the cheapest square metre in the house, because the roof and the walls already exist. We handle the structure, the stair, the insulation and the building-control side, and finish it as a room rather than a boarded attic.

The upgrade that changes a room fastest
Replacing tired windows and doors, or cutting in a large sliding door set, is often the single biggest change you can make to a room. We handle the structural opening as well as the glazing, which is the half that goes wrong when it's split between firms.

External Render & Insulation
A warmer, tidier house from the outside in
External wall insulation with a render finish does two things at once: it wraps the house in a thermal layer and gives it a completely new face. We deliver it as a full system, not as render slapped over a problem.

The patio outside a new set of sliding doors is part of the project, not a separate one. We do the external works — levels, paving, steps, drainage, fencing and planting beds — so the job actually finishes.

Feasibility is the first stage of our process and the one most builders skip. You describe what you want; we give you a ballpark figure for it. No drawings required, no charge, and it's the single most useful hour of the whole project.
