Single-storey rear and side extensions, built as one job
A good extension doesn't announce itself. The ceiling heights are right, the light lands where you actually sit, and the junction between the old house and the new bit disappears. Getting there means the steels, the roof, the glazing and the floor build-up being resolved on paper before anyone digs a trench.

Priced before it's drawn
We'd rather tell you what a 5m rear extension is likely to cost before you commission an architect than after. That ballpark at feasibility stage is free, and it has saved more than one client from paying for drawings of something they were never going to build.
Structure, roof and glazing as one package
Groundworks, steels, structural openings, the flat or pitched roof, the lantern and the sliding doors are all in our programme, in the right order. That's what stops the classic extension problem — glazing ordered to the wrong opening, or a lantern that won't sit because the ring beam moved.
Finished, not handed over as a shell
Plastering, flooring, decoration, the underfloor heating commissioned and the making-good between old and new invisible. An extension isn't done when it's watertight; it's done when you'd take a photograph of it.
