A dedicated project manager on every job
Most bad building stories aren't about bad building. They're about not knowing: not knowing who's coming tomorrow, not knowing why the plasterer didn't turn up, not knowing whether the thing you mentioned three weeks ago was ever passed on.
So every Inspiring Developments project has a named project manager, and a dedicated WhatsApp group for the build. Jenny Hills' review explains why that matters more than it sounds: "The dedicated WhatsApp group set up for the build meant any issues were flagged and resolved quickly."
One named person, not a rota
The same project manager from setting out to handover. They know what was decided in week two, which is exactly the thing that gets lost when jobs are passed between people.
The decision list, kept live
Kitchen and sanitaryware specifications, socket and switch locations, finishes, tile choices — all of it has a deadline attached to it because of a lead time somewhere. We keep that list in front of you rather than chasing you the week it's too late.
Open communication, including the bad news
Chris Spicer's review puts it plainly: "They were professional and kept us up to date with open/transparent communication throughout." If something slips, you hear it from us with the revised programme attached.
